Humphrey is a cooperative leader and advocate for sustainable cocoa production. As President of the Fanteakwa Cooperative Cocoa Farmers & Marketing Union, he has led efforts to strengthen governance, forge strategic partnerships and roll out training programs that improve cooperative management.

In his role as Vice-Chair of Fairtrade Africa’s West Africa Network, he represents producers in policy discussions and champions timely access to Fairtrade premiums and standards training. Holding a Technical Skills & Draftsmanship certificate, Humphrey takes a grassroots leadership approach to empower farmers and deepen community impact.
