Building a Better Cocoa Future
We believe cocoa can be a force for good – lifting up farmers, protecting the land, and creating lasting value for everyone involved. But to get there, the system must work better for those at its heart.
That’s why we’re committed to building a more equitable, transparent, and resilient cocoa supply chain rooted in long-term, hands-on partnerships. From training and traceability to tools and conservation, we invest in rural communities, protect natural resources, and give buyers the confidence that their cocoa is grown the Green Kokoo way.
EUDR: Raising the Standard
The EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) mandates that all cocoa sold in the EU be traceable and sourced from land free of recent deforestation. At Green Kokoo, we see this not as a challenge, but as an opportunity to lead.
Partnering with our farmers, we maintain precise geolocation, robust recordkeeping and Rainforest Alliance certification. And with our ever-evolving traceability systems, EUDR-aligned training and active conservation efforts, we’re on track to meet – and beat – the deadline. But we’re not stopping there. Our vision is a future-ready supply chain anchored by stronger traceability, enhanced land protection and a lasting commitment to Ghana’s cocoa communities.
Why Farmers Want to Work With Us
We put farmers first by prioritising what truly makes a difference: fair pricing, fast and dependable payments, quality inputs, and year-round, hands-on training. Our support is practical and consistent, helping farmers improve crop quality, grow their businesses, and build more secure livelihoods. From opening doors for women and young people to enabling families to reinvest in their farms, we help turn good harvests into lasting progress.

Protecting What we Grow
Ghana’s farms are vital to the future of cocoa. That’s why we help farmers adopt climate-smart techniques that reduce pressure on the land while improving yields and incomes. Through conservation training and sustainable land-use practices, we support land protection, biodiversity, and the long-term health of cocoa trees. For us, sustainability and farmer prosperity must go hand-in-hand, and we’re working across Ghana to make that future a reality.
