She’s designed and overseen agribusiness projects, monitoring and evaluation frameworks, and cooperative capacity‑building across West Africa and beyond.

Ivy has led international assignments to improve smallholder livelihoods, establish traceable and responsible supply chains and ensure compliance with global sustainability standards. Holding an MBA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, she combines deep technical expertise in cocoa, oil palm and organic farming with extensive field experience. Widely respected for her leadership in gender inclusion, ethical sourcing and sustainable rural development, Ivy drives impact at every level.
